Its a small round tablet orange or kinda yellow says PILVA on one side and 563 on the other, does anyone know what it is?

It's Verapamil Tablets, 10mg, Tablet
VERAPAMIL is a calcium-channel blocker. By relaxing blood vessels, it can improve blood flow to the heart. Verapamil reduces attacks of chest pain; lowers blood pressure; and controls heart rate in certain conditions.

I see someone reading this post and the info is dead wrong, the drug is Cyclobenzaprine, Flexeril, a muscle relaxant.
